| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for the appointment of a Spanish interpreter to translate the parties' briefs that were served and filed on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered July 18, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that an interpreter will be assigned upon designation by the Administrator for the Nassau County 18-B Panel, pursuant to County Law § 722, for the purpose of translating the briefs.
