Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals and to compel production of transcripts.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Cathy Nilson is directed to produce and file stenographic transcripts of the minutes of the April 2, 2012 and January 15, 2013 court appearances or a written statement that no minutes were taken by her on such dates on or before January 6, 2014, Melvyn Tapper is directed to produce and file a stenographic transcript of the minutes of the September 4, 2012 court appearance or a written statement that no minutes were taken by him on such date on or before January 6, 2014, and Sharon Cherney is directed to produce and file stenographic transcripts of the minutes of the April 30, 2012, May 16, 2012, September 21, 2012, September 24, 2012 and September 27, 2012 court appearances or a written statement that no minutes were taken by her on such dates on or before January 6, 2014, and it is further

ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeals is extended to February 3, 2014.
