Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Village of Goshen, Orange County, entered June 12, 2013.

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's time to serve and file an affidavit of errors is enlarged to December 23, 2013, and it is further

ORDERED that appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before January 24, 2014.
