The People of the State of New York, Appellant, v Awan J. Gumbs, Respondent.

Appeal by the People from an order of the Justice Court of the Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, entered February 27, 2012. By decision and order of this court dated September 5, 2013, the matter was remitted to the Justice Court of the Town of Southampton to set forth its findings of fact, conclusions of law and the reason for its determination, and the appeal was held in abeyance pending receipt of the Justice Court's report. The Justice Court has filed its report.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appellant may, within 21 days from the date of this decision and order, serve and file a supplemental brief with respect to the issues concerning which the appeal was held in abeyance; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondent may, within 14 days after the appellant's supplemental brief is served upon him, file a supplemental brief with respect to the issues concerning which the appeal was held in abeyance.
