Application by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 3, 2013, and to enlarge the petitioners' time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until January 17, 2014, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before February 17, 2014.
