Motion by the respondent for the appointment of a Spanish interpreter to assist in the preparation of a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 16, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that an interpreter will be assigned upon designation by the Administrator for the Assigned Counsel Family Law Panel, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, pursuant to County Law § 722.
