Motion by the appellant pro se (1), in effect, to reinstate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 5, 2012, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 8, 2013, (2) for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 2, 2013, which denied the appellant's motion for leave to reargue a prior motion, inter alia, to recall and vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 8, 2013, and (3) for poor person relief
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall make no further motions concerning this appeal without prior leave of the Court.
