Motion by the defendant John J. Conlon for leave to file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 5, 2012, and January 4, 2013, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, Susan Conlon, as executor of the estate of James Conlon, also known as James C. Conlon, is substituted for the deceased respondent, James C. Conlon, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
