| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Kenneth Binns from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated November 30, 2012. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 4, 2013, the appellant was directed to file in the office of the Clerk of this Court an affidavit or affirmation stating the date by which the transcript was expected on or before October 7, 2013. The appellant has not complied with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 4, 2013.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 4, 2013 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a]).
