Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 25, 2013, pursuant to Family Ct Act § 1037(a) for a warrant of arrest directing the mother and subject child to be brought to the Family Court, Kings County, or pursuant to Family Ct Act § 153 for a warrant of arrest to compel the subject child to attend proceedings in the Family Court, Kings County.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
