| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both dated June 25, 2012, to "clarif[y]" so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 29, 2013, as directed her to serve and file a replacement brief and appendix that complies with the CPLR and rules of the Court (see CPLR 5528, 5529; 22 NYCRR 670.10.2[c], 670.10.3), on or before December 2, 2013, and to extend the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 29, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 29, 2013, is granted, and the appellant's time to comply is extended until January 21, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
