Motion by the appellant pursuant to CPLR 5520(a) to enlarge the time to file a notice of appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 7, 2012, which was timely served.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before January 17, 2014, the appellant shall file the notice of appeal in the office of the clerk of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, and file proof of filing with this Court.
