Motion by the appellant to expedite the determination of his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated May 26, 2009 (People v Blake, 62 AD3d 1019), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered January 22, 2007. The application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 13, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
