Motion by the respondent for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 21, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before December 30, 2013, the respondent may serve and file a supplemental brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is granted leave to serve and file a reply brief in response to the respondent's supplemental brief on or before January 15, 2014, if he be so advised.
