Separate applications by the plaintiff-respondent and the defendant-respondent Eric T. Schneiderman pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 20, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until January 29, 2014, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
