Separate motions by the appellant for the Court to take judicial notice of certain documents on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, all dated September 30, 2013, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 15, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied as academic in light of the decision and order on motion dated November 15, 2013, which dismissed the appeals.
