Motion by the plaintiff-respondent, inter alia, to direct the appellant to serve and file a supplemental record on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 7, 2012, and an order of the same court entered March 11, 2013, containing the following trial exhibits admitted in evidence; plaintiff's Exhibits 34 and 46, color copies of plaintiff's Exhibits 13, 14, and 15, and defendant's Exhibit A.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before January 6, 2014, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the following trial exhibits admitted in evidence; plaintiff's Exhibits 34 and 46, color copies of plaintiff's Exhibits 13, 14, and 15, and defendant's Exhibit A, and the motion is otherwise denied.
