Motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 18, 2012. Application by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file the supplemental record is extended until January 9, 2014, and the supplemental record must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 10, 2014, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
