DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant Michele Tulino to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 18, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant Michele Tulino's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until February 6, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time of the appellant Tulino Realty, Inc., to perfect the appeal is enlarged until February 6, 2014.
