| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to file an oversized reply brief containing no more than 14,116 words on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 21, 2009, and to enlarge the time to serve and file the reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file an oversized reply brief containing no more than 14,116 words is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file the reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 30, 2013, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
