ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated December 9, 2013, in the above-entitled case, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 12, 2012, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the words "defendants-respondents" and substituting therefor the words "plaintiffs-respondents".
