Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 9, 2013, and to enjoin the respondents from taking any steps to remove him as manager of the subject companies, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
