ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 2, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 27, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 12, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "December 13, 2013."
