Application by the respondents Philip F. Spadafora and Long Island Professional Medical Services, P.C., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered February 17, 2012, and June 25, 2013, respectively, and two orders of the same court both dated April 4, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 27, 2014, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
