On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 5, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 25, 2012, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "April 15, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "April 15, 2010," and by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the words "on pages 24 and 25" and substituting therefor the words "in paragraphs 24 and 25."
