Application by Karina Krasnova, who was licensed to practice as a legal consultant, pursuant to Section 53(6) of the Judiciary Law of the State of New York, as limited by Part 521 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals, by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on December 16, 2009, to change the name under which she practices as a legal consultant to Karina Duvall.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the Roll of Legal Consultants from Karina Krasnova to Karina Duvall, effective immediately.
