Application by Jonathan Omid Mottahedeh, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department June 6, 2012, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Jonathan O. Mott.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers, including an order, pursuant to Civil Rights Law § 63, authorizing the applicant to assume the proposed name.
