Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 5, 2013, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion to stay all proceedings to evict her from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 8, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
