Motion by the appellant-respondent to correct a decision and order of this Court dated September 18, 2013, which determined an appeal from a final order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 9, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 18, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a final order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 9, 2013, is amended by deleting from third sentence of the fourth paragraph thereof the word "amended."
