| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 25, 2013, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of so much of the order dated November 25, 2013, as directed the appellant to provide the Family Court with "reports and records of [the subject] family regarding any family assessments and services track," is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
