Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to renew an appeal from an order of the County Court, Rockland County, entered June 29, 2006, which, after a hearing, denied his motion for resentencing pursuant to the Drug Law Reform Act of 2004 (L 2004, ch 738, § 23), which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated June 17, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto; it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
