Application by the respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief responding to the brief of the appellants-respondents on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 25, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a brief responding to the brief of the appellants-respondents is enlarged until December 31, 2013, and the respondents-appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' reply brief shall be served and filed on or before February 5, 2014, and the respondents-appellants' reply brief shall be served and filed on or before February 20, 2014.
