ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 18, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 8, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 18, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "December 19, 2013."
