DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Elizabeth Renner from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 5, 2012, and January 4, 2013, respectively. By decision and order on motion dated September 16, 2013, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was enlarged until October 16, 2013. The appeals have not been perfected.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.8(e) and prior orders of this Court.
