Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Andrea E. Olivier, sworn to December 9, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion which includes an affidavit that describes the real estate or other property owned by appellant from which she derives her rental income, and sets forth the value of and amount owing on that property.
