DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| KMT East, LLC, Respondent, v Zvi H. Katz, Appellant, et al., Defendant. |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that this appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated September 7, 2011, is stricken from the appeals calendar and the general calendar on the ground that the record on appeal is incomplete in that it does not contain the portions of the process server's log book which were admitted into evidence. If respondent fails to make the relevant portions of the log book part of the appellate record within 60 days of the date of this decision and order on motion, appellant may, if so advised, move in this court for summary reversal.
