Motion by the appellants to amend a decision and order of this Court dated October 23, 2013, which determined an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 21, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the decision and order of this Court dated October 23, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof, the phrase "30 days," and substituting therefor the phrase "90 days;" and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
