On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated October 24, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 5, 2013, is amended by deleting the decretal paragraph thereof and substituting therefor the following decretal paragraph:
"ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until December 23, 2013, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date."
