Motion by the respondents Christina H. Prostano, Charles W. Waldron, and Hudson City Savings Bank to substitute Hudson City Savings Bank for the respondent Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 8, 2012, and September 7, 2012, respectively, to amend the caption to reflect the substitution, and, in effect, for Hudson City Savings Bank to adopt the briefs filed by the respondents Christina H. Prostano and Charles W. Waldron, and the respondent Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
