Motion by Mark Tunne for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated December 18, 2012, which, inter alia, affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County, entered October 19, 2009, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 13, 2013, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
