Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Matthew D. Miller, Esq., dated December 19, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Alan P. McCracken, Esq., sworn to December 26, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 20, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 20, 2013, and inserting in its place the date January 21, 2014, and

It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 20, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 6, 2014, and inserting in its place the date February 5, 2014.
