Motion by the appellant for leave to correct his reply brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 15, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before January 13, 2014, the appellant may correct his reply brief by either deleting the third sentence of the third complete paragraph on page 6, which begins with the words "The words," from the copies of the reply brief filed with the Clerk of the Court, or by replacing page 6 contained in the copies of the reply brief filed with the Clerk of the Court with a new page 6 that does not contain that sentence.
