Application by the respondents 3619 Realty Corp., New Deal Realty Corp., VMR Builders Corp., Vincent Falcone, Michael Falcone, Robert Bruzzese, Meir Michael Solomon, and Daniel "Dan" Mcloud pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 14, 2013, and October 18, 2013, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
