Motion by the respondent Brian Fischer to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 11, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent Brian Fischer's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 27, 2014, and the respondent Brian Fischer's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
