Motion by petitioner-respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 31, 2012, on the ground that it has been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time of the respondent and the attorney for the children to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until February 3, 2014, and the briefs of the respondent and the attorney for the children shall be served and filed on or before that date.
