Motion by the respondents to seal stated portions of the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 23, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before February 3, 2014, the appellant shall remove pages 37, 39, 41 through 46, 48, 49, 55, and 125 through 127 from the copies of the record on appeal filed with this Clerk of the Court, and shall file, under seal, nine copies of a supplemental record containing those pages; and it is further,
ORDERED that the supplemental record shall remain sealed upon filing.
