| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Arnold I. Willence for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Willence was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 25, 1973. By opinion and order of this Court dated June 30, 2003, Mr. Willence was disbarred upon his resignation and his name was struck from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, effective immediately.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew, upon proper papers, including (1) proof that Arnold I. Willence has obtained a passing score on the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (see 22 NYCRR 691.11[c][2]), (2) an affidavit of compliance for filing nunc pro tunc (see 22 NYCRR 691.10) federal tax returns for the years 2005 through 2009, (3) an update on the status of a New York State tax lien filed against his professional corporation in the amount of approximately $13,000, and (4) proof of "full restitution to the owners of the property or the clients in question" as referenced in paragraph 10 of the affidavit supporting his motion for reinstatement.
