DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, two dated January 14, 2013, and one dated February 5, 2013, and to consolidate those appeals with an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated July 10, 2013. Separate motion by the appellant, in effect, to enlarge the record with certain documents or for the Court to take judicial notice of those documents.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from the orders is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals from the orders is enlarged until January 24, 2014, and the record or appendix on those appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]); and it is further,

 ORDERED that the motion, in effect, to enlarge the record with certain documents or for the Court to take judicial notice of those documents is denied.
