Motion by the appellants to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 29, 2013. Separate motion by the Medical Society of the State of New York for leave to file an amicus curiae brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the appellants is granted, and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the Medical Society of the State of New York is denied.
