Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Dennis M. Schultz sworn to December 13, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 16, 2013 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date September 13, 2013 and inserting in place thereof the date February 7, 2014.
